Dear Mr. Scully, I know that your note suggested my contacting if I were not pleased with my last service visit. I'm actually writing to let you know how very pleased I was. I visited your dealership several times in the last month and felt a bit sheepish on a couple of occasions because of tire pressure lights. Service staff was always very courteous and professional and never made me feel foolish. Recent visit for the 35,000 service and a couple of weeks later for new tires were also a pleasant experience and I left quite relieved. I do truly love my little RAV4 (I downgrated in size from an Explorer) and have never regretted it. I thank both managers and mechanics for continued and respectful service. N. Davis
Subject: My recent vehicle service Dear Mr. Scully, I received your thank you card in the mail. I should be sending you, American Toyota and of course Isaac Moya a Thank you Card. Since I purchased my vehicle (delivered to me December 2006) I have been but satisfied with the vehicle and the service I have received from American Toyota. On my first service ever I met Isaac as he was the one that attended me for my oil change on the vehicle. Since then, I ONLY ask for him. Isaac is professional and very personable. I hope he stays with American Toyota for a very long time!!!! Thank you Isaac and Thank you Mr. Scully, Marvin J. Gomez

Re: Employee Recognition
I just wanted to let you know that you have some awesome employees that should be recognized for their excellent customer service skills. My visit was a pleasant one thanks to these three individuals.
